Rapid Reset Strategy #9 – “Stop and Drop” 7 Minute Meditation

It’s summertime! Hope you’re staying cool, safe and healthy. My kids are in a sports camp this week, so I’m delighted to write you today from the shade and relative quiet of my backyard. Well, the lawn mowers, off yonder, aren’t that quiet, but the homestead is. That means an increased ability to focus without interruptions from kiddos for the next several hours. What a treat!

For the past few years, I’ve primarily focused on serving my one-on-one coaching clients. This year, I felt compelled to push the edges of my comfort zone and serve in a bigger way, as I have in years previous.

Of course, when Covid-19 turned our world upside down, I seriously considered scaling back, yet again. But, given the added stress, overwhelm and uncertainty of the times, I leaned in. Now, more than ever, people need access to their greatest resource in life… the calm, powerful center within themselves. And, don’t we all want to live more fully into our potential in all areas?

I’ve got several brand new exciting programs in the works designed to help you reset, reground and refocus in the next chapters of your life. I am chomping at the bit to get them out to you, so keep your eyes open for free webinars and other opportunities to play and uplevel our lives together.

A lot is happening every day in the free “Inner Peace on Purpose” Facebook Group, so if you haven’t already joined us, check us out here.

Today’s inner peace strategy…

I’m going to jump right into today’s inner peace strategy, so I can finish up all the things in the works for you! Today’s Rapid Reset Video is “Stop and Drop.” This is a fancy way to invite inner peace through a quick and powerful 7 minute meditation.

When emotions and the mind is racing, or you’re feeling even a little off kilter, today’s simple strategy may be exactly what you need to bring yourself back to center, quickly and easily.

You just have to be willing and open to relax back into your Zen 🙂

On this video, I’ll also talk about a few simple ways to calm the mind if you’re new to meditation. The power of breath, focus, and mantras can help you drop into pure awareness more easily and deepen your calm. Awareness is, after all, your headquarters for inner peace.
