You know the saying…”what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.”
Well, what happens in NYC, is NOT staying in NYC. And that’s a good thing for you! (You have Batman to thank.)
You see, after leading the Awakening Beyond Achievement event in NYC, we were innocently walking in Times Square…when, out of the blue, a masked man swept me off my feet (right after we filmed a short video for you! SEE BELOW.)
Batman knows…time is of the essence.
A new set of challenges is testing the growing population of conscious achievers.
Are you one of them?
For thousands of years, the only way to experience awakening was to isolate in a Buddhist monastery or Ashram, retreat from the material world and spend countless hours meditating, chanting and attend Satsang.
But in the last 20 years, something has shifted…

What does it mean to have inner peace? That’s the first question to explore. The dictionary defines peace as “a state of tranquility or serenity.” One of my favorite quotes sums it up nicely.
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work… It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” - Unknown
So can we ever find inner tranquility or serenity? Absolutely! It can be found in any moment we’re present with reality or “what is” without resistance. It’s that simple.
Take this moment. Breathe in and breathe out, allowing yourself to rest in this present moment, engaging all of your senses. Notice if there is anything in this moment that you’re resisting (a thought, a feeling, a physical sensation, a situation or someone in your life). If there is something, let it go for now, and come back to your breath. Recognize, in this moment, “All is well.”
Finding inner peace is that easy.
And…finding inner peace doesn’t happen once and for all. But, you can choose to return to this delicious place of being any time you choose.

Who me? Living unconsciously? Yep. You. Me. We’re all doing it from time to time. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I know, I know, NONE of us really want to admit to this human tendency. Why would we want to be missing our amazing lives?
Yet, we can all relate to that “trance-like” state where we’re going through the motions, not 100% there. We all have our favorite or habitual places to “check-out” and go unconscious. And, here’s what I’ve found fascinating. When we bring our full-on, conscious attention to ANY aspect of our lives …it naturally falls into greater alignment with our highest ideals and dreams. Our lives WORK, and are more fulfilling when we’re fully conscious. It’s our lack of attention, our “unconsciousness” that is at the root of nearly every one of our problems.
Think about it. It’s easiest to see in others. A spouse leaves their socks on the floor, doesn’t take out the trash, leaves the toilet seat up or forgets to call. Or how about someone who reacts out of an unconscious pattern in the past? Or who habitually criticizes, whines or gets moody? Aren’t they all little UNCONSCIOUS moments?
UNCONSCIOUS LISTENING. One of my favorite unconscious practices – in the past – has been “listening.” Yikes!! I think this started when I was a little girl …
