Mary,
I love your video and tips – especially the example of expressing your feelings. Had me smiling and also I took a deep breath, getting that expressing the frustration in a healthy way is so important to get back to Inner Peace.
Looking forward to the next one.
Daniela
Hahahaha…you do the “tantrum/anger” piece very well….Good tips Mary. Thanks for sharing.
HA! DELL! We have your number! and MARY, MARY, EXTRAORDINARY! Your tip #2 is sooooooooooooooooo important, I agree!!! FEEEEEEEEEEEL those feelings! Let ‘em out!
As a Law of Attraction expert, I see so many folks thinking they have to pretend they are ok when they are not, actually AFRAID to acknowledge negative feelings! They push down those feelings of frustration or anger or anxiety or fear and that repression and supression just creates a volcano that eventually will erupt – and it won’t be pretty!
So, folks, listen to what our beloved America’s Inner Peace Coach has to say – there is such wisdom in her words – and allow yourself to BE where you are. FEEEEEEL the feelings and let ‘em out, loud and strong, baby!!
You’ll release all that negative energy and get back to equalibrium and inner peace so much more easily.
Hugs to you, Mary!
Aaah, I can relate! Yes, there will be customer service reps testing us around the country … and around the WORLD
Great tip because being at inner peace doesn’t mean covering things up with faux peace. I love doing that growl thing because you get to quickly express and then just can’t help laughing, y’know?
Love you Mary!
Brilliant – breaking the tension by fully experiencing it. Perhaps then taking in a new moment while fully experiencing those beautiful chimes – thanks, Mary!
Hi Mary!
Loved your demonstration of feeling your feeling fully! LOL, but also such a great tip!!
I am having moments where it feels like the universe is testing me, rather than customer service, so great advice for that also.

It is very easy to relate!?! And on the other side of the coin – I work in retail and the customers are just too rude, discourteous and downright disagreeable! I didn’t invent Christmas and yes, it actually comes at the same time every year – something else I had nothing to do with! That ‘growl thing’ is really a stress release and we actually do practice it quite a bit! Thanks for the tips. I was heartened to hear that we do not have to cover up our negative feelings. Feel them and then release them. Works all the time.
