Thanks Mary! My mind is generally very quiet but I do notice that my body OFTEN carries stress. This was a great tip! I have already used it 3 times in the past 15 minutes!
PS- I went to Katie Byron’s Turnaround House and got to watch Inaugural Day at her home!!! Kate

Mary,THANK YOU. I am exhausted from a month filled with Healthcare Reform events for Bell County. Many times the energy at these events is hostile and negative. Thanks for giving me this wonderful tool to use tomorrow and forever. You are wonderful, generous and kind for sharing this gift that has already made a difference for me. Thanks, Patricia

Thank you Kate and Patricia for you kind comments. Amazing how this simple tip can make a difference.

I “adore” Byron Katie’s work…it has truly had a profound impact on my life. Expect some inner peace tips about “the work.”

May we all breathe easier today…and always.

    Mary
