o:
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT with my two brothers. Swim Team Captain, Job's Daughters - HQ, and active skier. After graduating from University of Wisconsin in '88, I moved to Dallas where I resided for 11 years. My career began with 5 years of RECRUITING, headhunting computer professionals. As a Top Producer, I worked with Price Waterhouse, American Express and IBM. It was here I mastered SALES, something I never dreamed I'd do in life. I also had my first indoctrination of personal growth. And, I've been hungry for more ever since.
In 1992, I was initiated into entrepreneurship and small business. Titan Development Group developed software for the restaurant industry - purchasing, inventory management, food cost, labor scheduling. Our team developed a million dollar system for TGIFridays (the programmers did, Mary is NOT that technical). Here I gained experience in small business ownership, developing business plans, seeking financial funding, growing a business and developing a team. A great education!
In 1994, I attended Tony Robbin's Life Mastery University. A life altering experience, meeting phenomenal people and discovering a love for what really makes "Mary" and other people tick. I've continued to volunteer on the Crew Team for the events - Date with Destiny, Unleash the Power Within, Life Mastery, Financial Power and the Competitive Edge Seminars. I highly recommend them all. Check out www.tonyrobbins.com and come attend an event.
In 1995, I co-founded a non-profit organization called Bound For Success. As a mentoring organization, we matched adults from corporations and businesses to first graders in "lower income" school districts. Through our weekly visits and our simple "self-esteem" building programs, we touched the lives of nearly a thousand children over the four year duration we ran the program.
From '94 to '98 I was affiliated with a personal development television network. For four years I promoted "personal growth" information with a passion. TPN offered television programming 24 hours a day filled with enlightening information in every area of life - health, business, relationships, personal growth, and personal success. A challenging and personally rewarding experiencing working with individuals through the television medium to take their life to the next level. And, I fell in love with "home-based business". As I worked with hundreds of individuals across the country, I found myself in the role of 'coaching' and training. Helping them "become more", get clear on what they wanted in life, and process through problems and challenging times. And I loved it!!! This led me to the next chapter in my life.
Since 1998, I've been in the world of Professional Coaching Services, working with individuals from an assortment of backgrounds and interests. Everything I've done in my life has led me to coaching, and I absolutely LOVE it. I am energized by my amazing clients. Part of my job description is "learning & growing" everyday to keep my edge sharp, and always have fresh ideas to offer my diverse clientele. I've coached CEO's, lots of Small Business owners, Managers, Doctors, Lawyers, CPA's, Engineers, Sales Professionals, Moms, those Retired, Life Coaches and numerous people making life transitions. I work with lots of people in the Commercial Retail Real Estate industry. I've also gone through an intensive process of self-discovery and exploration for the past sixteen years, which is a tremendous resource to draw upon through our coaching.

Reading, Writing, Running, anything of the WATER (water-skiing, boats, oceans, sunsets, windsurfing, picnics, etc.), dolphins, Golden Retrievers, Bikram Yoga, Biking, Gym - lifting weights, romance, personal growth, spiritual issues, stimulating conversations about life and emotions, and creating more fulfillment in my life and the lives of others.

Each of my coaching relationships is very important and special to me. I only work with individuals that are committed to the process of coaching, and that I can truly believe in. I love working with clients who want to be challenged to stretch and grow to the max, exploring new territories of personal and professional growth. I am direct, yet gentle. I draw upon my intuition and senses to guide our sessions, while remaining incredibly focused on my client's agenda. And, while I consider myself to be professional, I like to keep our time together as light, playful and fun, as is appropriate.

Throughout my entire life I've had an intrigue and curiosity around human development. As was discussed in "Why Coaching?", most of life's most important subjects weren't taught to us in high school or college.
As I completed my experience with Life Mastery, I noticed my own personal struggle in integrating "my new identity" and all the supporting information into my life. I had shifted beliefs, set new goals, identified my purpose in life, created new habits, raised my standards, and it was a bit overwhelming to say the least. I started reading more books (about 30+ a year), attended numerous other seminars from business skills, to investing, to relationships, to life.
I am proud to say that I "walk my talk". I love what I do. I'm on purpose. I am continually looking for new ways to learn and grow in all areas of my life. I have wonderful and amazing relationships in my life, including my new husband. We were married on May 5, 2006! I am developing a financial nestegg through my prudent investments. I have a fabulous support community and group of friends that I love. I am committed to my health and fitness and workout daily (well, almost daily). And, I have plenty of fun, adventure and play in my ever expanding life. Sounds too good to be true? Well, my life is NOT perfect, but it is fulfilling - and it gets better every day.

Creating an extraordinary life sounds great to many, and it doesn't happen overnight. And, IT'S POSSIBLE. It takes intention, focus and disciplined action. And SUPPORT. I realize now there are four key resources to integrating the life of your dreams.
- Time - Time is most important. Even with conscious and disciplined attention, it takes time to transform your life.
- Desire - You've got to want it. This is the fuel to ignite your dreams into reality, and it must be fully cultivated to sustain your pursuit of a better life or career.
- A Professional Coach - I wish I'd known about coaching years ago. Having someone to keep you on track, and continue to help you build the momentum in your life, is a priceless resource (and yes, I'm a bit biased!).
- Action - Yep, without action, dreams remain dreams. And the pull back to "old ways" and old behaviors is easy and automatic.
